In the unlikely event you receive a product that is nothing like what is on our website, is broken only then are you eligible for a refund. Please keep in mind that it should be unused for it to be returned.

How We Refund:

We will refund the value to the same mode of payment from which it was made. If payment is made by Master Card or through Internet Banking we have a tendency to refund the Master Card Company or Bank Account. If the payment was done by DD or Cheque, we have a tendency to send you a check (not a DD). Checks are sent entirely to the request address of the patron.
